Membership
Unlimited
$130/month - $1250/year
Our Unlimited Membership is the best you can get! You get unlimited access to all of our coached classes (over 60 each week!) as well as open gym access during operating hours! You’ll have access to our several tracks of programming so you can create the fitness lifestyle that best serves you and your schedule.
$40/month - $400/year
Open Gym Only
Our Open Gym membership allows you to follow your own fitness program while still getting to use our amazing facility (including locker rooms and showers) and be surround by some pretty awesome people. Open gym is available 5am-7pm Mon-Fri and 8am-10am on Saturday. You may purchase drop ins for classes if you ever want to jump in!
Our Facility
Our facility houses 4 gym areas, our welcoming lobby, mens and women’s locker rooms (including showers) and is connected to the DELICIOUS Bangin' Bowls Resturant for all your pre/post workout fuel needs! Our gym spaces include our bootcamp gym, our CrossFit/Bodybuilding gym, our Open Gym area and our Studio. Our variety of spaces and equipment allow us to keep a full schedule of classes while still allowing for open gym fitness throughout the day!
Our Class Options
Bootcamp
Fun, scalable group classes that will give you an all around workout every! day! Get your heart rate up, build strength, improve balance and flexibility all in one class, led by a coach who is there to meet you where your at and help you get the most out of your workout
CrossFit
Constantly varied workouts, with a mix of weightlifting, cardio and gymnastics movements will keep you learning new skills and building strength and aerobic capacity! If you love learning new things and pushing your athletic limits, CrossFit is for YOU!
Bodybuilding
Simple, tried and tested, strength training. Our bodybuilding program is offered 4 days a week and is based upon 4 main movements, bench press, shoulder press, deadlift and back squat. You like master and progress these movements alongside accessories to build well rounded strength and ability.
Barbell
Barbell is focused on improving technique and building strength in olympic weightlifting. Training snatches and clean and jerks is a great addition to anyones fitness programming who wants to move better, get faster and be stronger.
Spin & Strength
Our popular Spin & Strength class is great for beginners and experienced athletes alike. Your instructor will guide you through a 45-55 minute workout, splitting the time between cycling on the bike and doing some full body strength work. You’ll leave feeling accomplished and with a good sweat!
Yoga
Our yoga classes are meant to help your body unwind and recover, while working on posture, balance and body awareness. Join us on a Wednesday during your lunch hour, or on a late Sunday morning to get refreshed and refocused! We have mats on site for your use, and our studio has cushioned floors for your comfort.
Cardio Drumming
You’ve never had so much fun fitnessing! This class is GREAT for beginners and anyone who loves a little rhythm. Think dance fitness, but for your hands! Your instructor will teach and lead you through simple, but fun routines that will get your heart rate up and your muscles working.
Skill
On Tuesdays we take one class in the morning and one in the evening to focus in on some of the complex skills we incorporate into CrossFit classes. These can be things like pull ups, hand stands, rope climbs, muscle ups, pistols, double unders, and olympic weightlifting. If improving your skills is on your list of goals, these classes should be on your calendar.
